Windows Installation issues

The CD launcher supplied with Perfect Developer 3.12 and earlier does not work with Windows Vista. To install Perfect Developer or the sample editors provided, browse to the appropriate directory on the CD and run the installer for that component directly. This issue was fixed in version 4.0.
